Flat Rate Pricing

A large majority of service companies have switched from the old hourly pricing to flat rate pricing. This allows you the customer to know up front what you can expect. It also lets you know that the service company you are dealing with is competent in their product knowledge and is willing to prove that with a set price rather than a company that uses an hourly rate with a hidden minimum labor charge.

My rates are very simple and reasonable, well below the National Standard (NASTEC). There are no hidden fees, no additional charges. The Flat rate charge includes service call, diagnostics, and labor.

So your bill will include the flat rate for your particular type of appliance plus the parts needed for the repair(s).

Once at your home and diagnostics are completed you will be given a total for the complete repair for your approval. In the event you decide that you do not want to move forward with the repair you will be required to pay for the service call and diagnostics in the amount described below for your zip code

Your Flat rate price is $149 ( 1 appliance) for the following products. (plus parts)

This includes all..... top load washing machines, ranges, cook tops (coil top non vented),

counter top microwaves, freezers, dryers, disposals, dish washers, over the range vent

hoods, dehumidifiers.

Tier 2 ( Standard Appliances)

Your flat rate price is $159 ( 1 appliance) for the following products.(plus parts)

This includes all..... refrigerators* (27 CuFt. or less), front load washing machines*, built in /

over the range microwaves, window air conditioning, ice machines, automatic

or built in counter top vent hoods, single wall ovens *, built-in coffee systems.

Tier 3 ( Standard Appliances )

Your flat rate price is $169 ( 1 appliance ) for the following products.(plus parts)

This includes all..... built in refrigeration * (28 Cu.Ft) or larger, single and

double wall ovens, smooth top and down draft cook tops.

If you decide that you do not want to repair your product the service call is $85 for these zip codes.

Premium Appliances: Subzero, Wolf, Bosch, Thermador, Miele,

Asko, Viking, Dacor

Premium appliances require more time, care, and knowledge than standard appliances. For that reason, some of the repairs for these appliances are quoted on a case by case bases. However, the base prices are shown below.

Zone 1 (service call only $100)

* Does not include sealed system labor for refrigerators, tub replacement on front load washing machines, 2 man jobs for stacked laundry, or complete oven removal (quote given upon diagnosis)

If you have multiple appliances that need to be serviced at the same time make sure to let me know when scheduling your appointment so I can allow time.

Additional appliances are a flat rate of $100+ parts.
